Money raised from the Street Appeal goes directly to support groups for people with mental or emotional problems. These groups hold weekly meetings which are well-structured and provide a setting where people can come together for mutual support, personal growth and life-skills development, using a 12 Step Program developed over more than 50 years of operation.
