Perth radio legend Dean “Clairsy” Clairs is coming to Forever Classic 6iX!

Dean Clairs isn’t JUST one of the nicest guys in media…he’s a REAL radio man!

The people of WA have been listening to Clairsy since his early days on regional radio in the wheatbelt – right through to his more recent dominance on Perth breakfast radio.

And NOW – and we’re stoked to have him on Forever Classic 6iX!

Each weekday at midday, he’s going to host “Clairsy’s Classic Countdown” – a fun, hour-long journey through music history, with a different musical theme each day.

It’s the perfect show for a music guru like Clairsy. He loves the music of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s – and he knows everything about it (he’s a walking music encyclopedia!)

He’s even interviewed some of the biggest stars of all time: from Sting and Springsteen, to Suzi Q and Stevie Nicks, and Aussie legends like INXS and John Farnham.

Tune in each weekday at noon to get Clairsy’s take on the classics; to hear some great rock’n’roll stories from his time in the biz; and to hear some ‘Forever Classics” that even 6iX might not have dusted off for a while!
